Recently, I received a notice that my product was due that day but it never arrived. Because I didn't receive my product, I gave a one-star review. It is Saturday and I wrote customer service and even though it's beyond their business hours I received a response almost immediately with updated delivery information. These guys will bend over backwards to help you. They care about their customers.
